Wedding Retainer & Travel Policy – Mercedes Lane Photography
A non-refundable retainer of $850 is required to reserve your wedding date. This investment secures your spot on my calendar and ensures I am fully committed to capturing your special day. Additional coverage beyond the agreed package is available at $350 per hour as of 2026.
For weddings located outside a 200-mile radius of Burney, California, a one-night stay near the wedding venue will be required unless discussed in package. For Travel via plane - Plane Ticket, Rental car and Lodging will be required. Travel costs will be discussed in advance and added to your final package total. *Holiday Week Fee: An additional $800 applies to weddings booked during designated holiday weeks. *

How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Turnaround Time: For all wedding photography services, the standard delivery time for events with 6-10 hours of coverage is 14 to 16 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the wedding and could be delivered sooner or slightly later, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
